HowTo is a new series of online workshops on tools, protocols, templates, shortcuts & hacks in medical education. It’s a pragmatic series designed to empower medical teachers and busy clinicians to advance their daily practice with almost NO theory.

How to design exam blueprint?

 The workshop explains the rationale for using blueprint (exam plan) to allocate the weight on each topic of the subject in view of various factors and indicators. Participants will get a template to be used to plan their exams. 

How to develop analytics rubrics ?

Rubrics are sophisticated tools to assess perfjoamcne using specific criteria. This workshop will guide participants on when and how to develop rubrics that guide both students and assessors.

Dr. Mohamed Al-Eraky is an international consultant in medical education with MMEd from Dundee University (UK) and PhD from Maastricht University (The Netherlands). Dr. Al-Eraky is Associate Professors and Head of HPE Dept. at the Gulf Medical University (UAE) and a guest staff at the School of HPE (SHE), Maastricht University (Netherlands). He is known for his innovative approach to simplify complex ideas and engage learners throughout his sessions.
